[PicForth] criticism

Don't let the recent criticism on the gnupic list get to you. I think 
most will appreciate you licensing picforth as free software. And I 
completely agree that giving something away does not obligate you to give 
anything else.

I don't understand where that attitude comes from, though I've seen it 
before. It's like if you loaned someone a car, and then instead of 
thanking you for it, they go badmouthing you because you didn't also pay 
for all of their fuel and parking fees.
