[PicForth] Documentation Suggestion

On thinking about it, I'm now of the opinion that the existing PicForth 
documentation is in good shape

IMO, the most helpful thing would be to add lots more comments inside 
picforth.fs - explaining more of the obscure words, their purpose, stack 
effects etc.

Given that Forth is by nature an extensible threaded language, and given 
that Forth blurs the language between compiler, language, libraries, OS, 
application etc, it's only natural that users will study picforth.fs 
with the aim of understanding PicForth 'under the hood'.

After some weeks, I'm starting to understand major chunks of 
picforth.fs, but still, much of it is about as clear as 1-metre thick 
granite. It'd help me (and others) enormously if there were more 
comments in the code.

Any chance of this, Samuel? Or have I exhausted my patience with the 
volume of my list postings?
