[PicForth] PicForth for GForth 0.6.2 is released

I have ported PicForth to GForth 0.6.2. I will do two releases in a
few minutes: (they will appear on http://www.rfc1149.net/devel/picforth)

  - PicForth 0.33 will contain the new host program for the bootloader
    from David McNab

  - PicForth 1.00 will contain the new GForth 0.6.2 port -- it won't
    work anymore with GForth 0.5.0.

As far as I can tell, all my PicForth programs generate the very same
code so everything look in order.

However, if people need me to maintain the 0.x branch with GForth
0.5.0 as well, please tell me soon enough.
